It would be boring to play, but hey, it's 1 step closer to having a Gubernatorial scenario for all 50 states.

I would actually suggest doing this like Rhode Island 2010, with each town or city and surrounding area being a region rather than each county. It'd make it a lot more interesting. Unfortunately, off the top of my head, without looking up the election on Wiki or another source, I only know of Jack Markell as candidates go.
